Lead restaurant service at Chipotle by protecting food quality and customer experience while supporting crew development. Work on your feet throughout each shift.

The Service Leader maintains safe, quality food preparation and service at Chipotle restaurants. This position supports crew training, customer service, line organization, food safety, cash handling, and office administration. You will help coordinate breaks, shift changes, meetings, schedules, and supplies while assisting with restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure excellent tasting, high quality food is served
- Monitor hand washing, glove changes, time, and temperatures
- Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents
- Develop and cross train front of house Crew




- Assist with cash handling, paperwork, and supply ordering

Requirements:

- High school diploma and restaurant experience
- Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
- Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
- Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
- Availability four days weekly, including two weekend days
