Southern Health-Santé Sud is hiring a permanent, 0.50 FTE Health Care Aide at Centre médico-social De Salaberry District Health Centre. Under nursing leadership, you will provide person-centered support according to care plans and established standards. The role requires organization, communication, and independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support residents and patients with activities of daily living
- Follow established care plans and practice standards
- Work under Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse direction
- Determine work priorities and methods with appropriate initiative




- Maintain competency through education and certifications

Requirements:

- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized program
- Current Basic Life Support certification for Acute Care
- One to two years’ health care experience preferred
- English and French proficiency is essential
