ESS Canada seeks Sandwich People to prepare, assemble, and serve meals while maintaining food quality, presentation, safety, and service standards. The position requires recipe compliance, sanitation, temperature control, and portion control. Large-scale food service experience is required, while healthcare, hotel, restaurant, or rapid-food experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare fruits and vegetables through washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
- Complete sandwich recipes according to required standards
- Store food using wrapping, dating, safety, and rotation procedures




- Serve customers efficiently while following outlined service steps
- Maintain sanitation, cleaning, waste removal, and equipment distribution

Requirements:

- FoodSafe Level 1 Certification
- Large-scale food service experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to pass required screening and carry duties physically
