This senior client-facing role builds lasting relationships, develops client portfolios, and supports selected store leadership activities. You will use product knowledge, styling advice, selling techniques, and in-store technology to create relevant client experiences. The position also contributes to team collaboration, onboarding support, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish relationships through best-in-class in-store and remote service
- Develop new and existing clients toward top-tier segmentation
- Drive individual and collective sales through KPI monitoring




- Match products to needs using cross-selling and upselling
- Support onboarding, training, operations, and store administration

Requirements:

- Four-plus years of luxury fashion sales experience
- Passion for fashion, luxury, and relationship building
- Ethics, professionalism, integrity, and team influence
- Solid communication, adaptability, and commercial awareness
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
