This Medical Assistant opportunity suits recent post-secondary graduates, final-year students, or individuals taking a gap year. You will register patients, schedule appointments, collect payments, prepare examination rooms, and perform triage. The position also includes applying approved clinical protocols, managing records, and supporting clinic operations. No prior medical experience is required, while customer service experience remains key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Register patients and manage reception, scheduling, and payments
- Welcome patients, prepare exam rooms, and perform triage
- Apply approved scripts,



scenarios, and clinical protocols
- Use EMR Advantage accurately and efficiently
- Stock, sanitize, and prepare clinic areas daily

Requirements:

- Reside in the GTA and work onsite
- Complete related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Have six months to one year customer service experience
- Communicate excellently in English across required formats
- Work days, evenings, weekends, and multiple regional locations
