Welcome customers on-site at Ingersoll Chevrolet Buick GMC while managing multi-line calls and creating a polished showroom experience. This full time role supports sales.
As the showroom’s welcoming face and voice, you will greet walk-ins, log visits, and direct customers to sales or service team members. You will also route inbound inquiries, maintain guest areas, and complete basic administrative tasks. The position supports the Sales Department at Ingersoll Chevrolet Buick GMC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet showroom walk-ins and log customer visits
- Direct customers to appropriate sales or service staff
- Answer and route high-volume inbound calls
- Maintain reception, lounge, and refreshment stations
- Support sales with basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of relevant experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask smoothly under pressure
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and spreadsheets
