The Paid Services Beauty Advisor is a certified beauty services expert providing makeup applications, consultations, and recommendations. This part-time role combines product expertise, service execution, selling behaviors, and compliance standards. You will help clients discover products and routines while supporting repeat visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized makeup applications and beauty consultations
- Recommend products and skincare routines based on client needs
- Convert beauty services into product sales
- Promote services and secure bookings or rebookings
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and appointment protocols
Requirements:
- One to three years of relevant client-facing experience
- Strong makeup application and skincare consultation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sephora Beauty Services certification completion
- Availability for 15 to 29 hours weekly
