Reporting to the Back Room Department Manager, the Receiving Outfitter supports receiving, warehouse, inventory control, replenishment, stocking, maintenance, and housekeeping. This role helps move merchandise accurately from incoming deliveries to the sales floor. Attention to detail, communication, and physical handling are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Systematically receive purchase orders entering the building
- Count packages and verify quantities against packing slips
- Stock merchandise from the back room to sales floor
- Fold, repackage, sort, face,



and re-hang arriving products
- Conduct replenishment, floor checks, cleaning, and merchandise purges

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail for accurate work
- Customer service orientation and teamwork
- Courteous, positive, professional communication skills
- Steel toe boots and ability to handle merchandise boxes
