As a Maintenance Mechanic reporting to the Manager, Conventional Services, you will maintain building systems, fixtures, and equipment. The work includes HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems. You will also support material-handling equipment and maintain daily activity and performance records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and operate building systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and compressed air systems
- Repair plumbing, drainage, and fire protection equipment
- Use tools, testing instruments, welding equipment, and scaffolds




- Maintain clean, secure areas and written equipment records

Requirements:

- Valid HVAC certificate
- Ability to perform electrical and mechanical routines
- Technical school diploma, certificate, or equivalent continuing education
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Progressive maintenance experience with intensive on-the-job training
