As an Asset Protection Associate, you will follow Asset Protection standards and demonstrate positive, professional behaviour. Your work supports a safe environment for customers, associates, visitors, and vendors while reducing shrink. Responsibilities include case support, emergency response, enforcement, and store task team participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather information from multiple sources and explain findings clearly
- Support investigations assigned through Walmart Canada Global Ethics
- Escalate internal investigation information according to Company guidelines




- Carry out external apprehensions under policies and legal standards
- Complete additional Asset Protection responsibilities as required

Requirements:

- Security Guard License
- Minimum age of 16
- Flexibility to work diverse shifts and business-required schedules
- Capacity for extended standing, bending, and physical store tasks
- Ability to lift inventory, equipment, or supplies when required
