You will control hotel traffic, match vehicle records with guest details, manage valet keys, and support luggage requests. You will also explain room features and assist with mail and packages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Explain parking procedures and provide room feature overviews
- Control incoming and outgoing hotel traffic
- Match guest names and room numbers with vehicles
- Keep sidewalks and entrances clean and safe
- Receive and deliver packages to guests or departments

Requirements:

- One year of experience in a similar position
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s licence
- Knowledge of Ottawa attractions and major intersections
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- French is an asset
