Lead grocery merchandising with planogram execution and inventory management for Acosta Canada / Mosaic. This part time role includes territory travel.

As a Grocery Team Lead, you will guide merchandisers while supporting organized, well-stocked retail displays. The work includes team leadership, product layout execution, stock rotation, replenishment, and display maintenance. French communication skills are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of two to five merchandisers
- Complete daily reports for merchandising activities
- Execute in-store product layouts using planograms
- Manage inventory, rotate stock, and replenish shelves
- Assemble modules and clean and maintain displays

Requirements:

- Grocery experience and punctuality
- French communication skills
- Comfort traveling throughout the territory
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
