Apply Lean Manufacturing and operational performance methods as a Continuous Improvement Intern with Bombardier in St-Laurent, Quebec, working in a hybrid setting.

This winter 2027 internship supports Bombardier’s Operational Excellence efforts. You will contribute to waste elimination, workplace organization, performance management, and training activities. The position suits university students studying Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement continuous improvement methodologies focused on waste elimination
- Enhance operational performance through improvement tools
- Apply and monitor workplace 5S principles




- Support Operational Excellence System training activities
- Support performance management process training

Requirements:

- Current university enrollment in a relevant program
- Theoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement systems
- Knowledge of PDCA, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma DMAIC
- Intermediate English reading, writing, and speaking proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI knowledge

Develop operational excellence experience through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Excel, and Power BI work at Bombardier in St-Laurent.
