Join the team at Wanda Wyatt Dining Hall, one of UPEI's busiest dining destinations. The Front of House Supervisor oversees daily dining room operations and helps provide a welcoming experience for students, faculty, staff, and guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff and support smooth service during each shift.
- Coordinate dining room service and respond professionally to customer concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
- Assist with training team members and monitor food stations for stocking and presentation.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team, support campus events, and handle opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, or retail.
- Robust communication and customer service skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Food Safety Certification is an asset.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
