This Winter 2027 internship supports Engineering and Defense recruitment at Bombardier. You will work with Recruiters and Hiring Managers while developing recruitment, communication, and project management skills. The internship lasts 12 months and requires student status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze hiring needs with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Screen resumes and conduct applicant phone interviews
- Coordinate in-person and virtual interviews
- Update SuccessFactors with recruitment comments and steps
- Support onboarding paperwork, events, reports, and projects
Requirements:
- Current university enrollment in Human Resources, Management, or Business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word knowledge
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Availability for 32 to 40 hours weekly
