StoryBook Theatre seeks Concession/Bartender staff to support theatre guests during performances and events. The work combines beverage service, point-of-sale transactions, inventory awareness, and concession-area organization. Staff answer questions about concession items and alcohol offerings while following theatre policies and health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and refreshments
- Operate the concession bar efficiently during shows and events
- Process cash and card transactions through the point-of-sale system
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean concession bar
- Answer guest questions about concessions and alcohol offerings
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in theatre, restaurant, or bar settings
- Solid communication skills with diverse guests
- Current, active ProServe certification
- Basic math and accurate cash-handling skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
