Toronto-based Talent Management Intern supporting research, project tracking, and office administration through primarily remote winter work. Assist Managers and teams with talent projects and reporting.

Select Management Group seeks Winter Interns from January through April. You will support endorsements, appearances, brand deals, licensing, original developments, and music releases. The paid internship accommodates school schedules and includes in-person work as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop talent one sheets, statistics, press roundups, and newsletters
- Update talent tracking and analytical reports weekly and monthly
- Support talent projects and personal needs
- Create and organize internal and external brand materials
- Track industry players, projects,



competition, and internal reporting

Requirements:

- Interest in talent management, agency, public relations, digital, or production
- Understanding of the digital influencer and talent landscape preferred
- Ability to build relationships with emerging talent
- Independent self-starter with solid problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
