Support organizational development and change management at Pomerleau through research, communication planning, and learning materials in a Canadian internship.

This internship supports Pomerleau’s Organizational Development team and Subject Matter Experts. You will contribute to performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and talent reviews. The work also includes internal mobility and employee experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Organizational Development team and Subject Matter Experts
- Assist with change management strategies and communication plans
- Create learning materials for organizational development initiatives
- Research, curate, and organize project content
- Participate in meetings and contribute employee experience ideas

Requirements:

- Legal authorization to work in Canada throughout internship
- Residence in Canada throughout the internship
- Enrollment in a Canadian post-secondary institution
- Graduation from a Canadian institution within six months
