Provide resident care with SE Health as a Health Care Aide, applying client- and family-centered practice in a seniors living facility. Support independence through personal care, daily living assistance, and hospitality services.

This part-time Health Care Aide position is 0.6, with hours and a two-week rotation. You will support residents through care plans, medication assistance, charting, and recreational activities. The role incorporates current research into practice and requires collaboration with the care team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and activities of daily living
- Assist with meals, laundry, housekeeping, and porter service
- Complete Medication Assistance Program requirements




- Report resident changes and pertinent concerns to the LPN
- Chart daily and participate in care plan updates

Requirements:

- Registration with the CLHA
- Current immunization record and TB test within one year
- Recent Criminal Reference and Vulnerable Sector Checks
- Independent, organized, and cooperative work skills
- Ability to lift approximately fifty-five pounds and move frequently
