This part time retail position supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations. You will maintain merchandising standards, assist customers, and contribute to sales targets. The role also includes training team members, replenishing stock, and handling store opening and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close the store according to company policies
- Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards
- Provide customer service supporting satisfaction and loyalty
- Train and mentor current team members
- Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of retail experience preferred
- Key holder or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash register operation proficiency
