This Grocery Lead Hand role supports a natural and healthy food retailer through department oversight and product merchandising. You will direct workflow, receive and stock products, respond to customer needs, and protect freshness. The schedule requires full availability, including one weekend day and one closing shift each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee department operations and direct daily workflow
- Receive, stock, and merchandise grocery products
- Keep shelves, bins, and displays fully stocked
- Rotate items to maintain freshness and quality
- Run a till and serve customers when needed
