RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take Ownership of each Case File from Organizing online to preparing Notes for Lawyers in Canada
- Ability to use AI extensively for all Tasks
- Ability to work on the Cloud in a completely high tech Paperless environment
- Ensure Most accurate Document Preparation & Factual Notes on each case for all Counsel in US & Canada..
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Strategically counsel us on legal matters.
- Remain current on federal and state laws, regulations, and practices affecting the company's business in the US & Canada.
- Manage relationships and collaborate with all co-counsels and lawyers in Canada
- Manage back-end files of the cases and keep the legal dashboard updated at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS -
- Graduate in Bachelors in Law / Masters in Law
- Must be extremely Tech Savvy as we are a completely paperless environment and work on the Cloud
- Must have valuable working knowledge of AI Tools
- Member of your Local Bar Association for a Minimum 4 years and in Good Standing.
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Litigation Advocate and familiar with all Rules.
- Must have Graduated all Schooling in English Medium ONLY.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Registered with Bar-Council in India.
