As a Bakery Team Member, you will receive, prepare, stock, and sell bakery products. You will maintain clean displays, support sampling, and assist customers with timely service. The position also requires following procedures for sanitation, safety, merchandising, and product freshness. No prior retail experience is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep bakery cases and shelves clean, fresh, and well stocked
- Receive deliveries and maintain organized back stock
- Rotate products, check codes, and remove outdated items
- Provide courteous service and use suggestive selling techniques
- Complete opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned

Requirements:

- No prior retail experience required
- Ability to learn products and examine quality visually
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Versatile availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
