As a Retail Associate, also called an Eyecare Consultant, you will create memorable customer experiences. Help customers select frames, understand products, and explore contact lenses. Full training supports pre-screening tests, frame adjustments, and optical procedures. The role offers up to 16 hours weekly at 171 Guelph St.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and create a friendly store setting
- Recommend eyecare solutions based on customer needs
- Guide frame selection for lenses and personal style
- Perform retinal imaging, pressure checks, and visual field testing
- Process eyewear orders and schedule follow-up appointments
Requirements:
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident customer approach
- Reliability and flexibility for retail hours
- Enthusiasm for frames, lenses, and pre-testing procedures
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
