Job Duties Include:

- Greet showroom walk-ins warmly, log customer visits, and direct them to the appropriate sales or service team member.
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls on a multi-line phone system, routing inquiries efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Maintain the presentation of the reception area, guest lounge, and refreshment stations, ensuring they remain clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
- Manage basic administrative tasks and additional duties as assigned by management to support the sales team.
- Bring a positive attitude and sharp attention to detail to a fast-paced environment.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

Successful Candidates Possess:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, hospitality, retail front desk, or administrative role is strongly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask smoothly under pressure.
- Tech Literacy: Basic proficiency with computer systems (MS Office, emails, and spreadsheets).
