Operate production machinery on Tyson’s D shift in Hanceville, Alabama, monitoring settings and maintaining continuous product flow safely. This night-shift position pays $21.65 hourly plus shift differential.

As a Floor Operator RE02 at River Valley Ingredients, Plant A, you will support the production process through machinery operation and ingredient control. The work includes adjusting machine settings, identifying maintenance needs, and following Tyson policies and procedures. This is an entry-level, non-skilled general labor position requiring physical work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery throughout the production process
- Maintain continuous product flow on the line
- Ensure proper ingredients and supplies are used
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed




- Notify supervisors when machines require maintenance

Requirements:

- Complete six consecutive months of work within the last year
- Perform physical job requirements with or without accommodation
- Work D shift nights at the Hanceville plant
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow Tyson policies
- Work around loud noise and production-related environmental conditions
