This Service Supervisor oversees and performs mechanical work across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. The position requires property maintenance experience, supervisory leadership, customer service, and work-order coordination. Yardi, Happy Co, and make-ready tracking experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and complete resident work orders and routine repairs
- Oversee make-ready inspections, punch lists, vendors, and materials
- Inspect community areas for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality
- Review service team and contractor work for quality




- Conduct preventative maintenance and Greystar safety meetings

Requirements:

- One to two years of property maintenance experience
- Strong multifamily maintenance and demonstrated supervisory experience
- Team leadership skills in property service operations
- High school diploma, GED, or related training
- Protected use of hand tools and mechanical equipment
