Crossroads C&I; is seeking a Regional Branch Manager to lead operations in Dartmouth, NS and Saint John, NB. You will oversee branch activities, drive sales and customer service, and manage budgets and performance metrics.

Role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction or industrial sales, robust P&L; skills, and excellent communication. Travel up to 25% local, with a competitive base plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
