Key Responsibilities:

- Track case progress, required actions, and outstanding documentation
- Review and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Follow up with clients regarding documents and next steps
- Maintain confidential records within the case management system




- Provide concise caseload updates and flag potential risks

Requirements:

- At least four years as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or comparable skilled
- Experience with consumer protection, lemon law, or statutory claims
- Ability to manage substantial caseloads independently
- Clio Manage experience is strongly preferred
- Discretion with confidential information and sensitive legal documents
