As a Junior IT Support Specialist, you will respond to user inquiries and support daily technology operations. The position covers Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, ticketing, and help desk activities. You will document issues, resolve straightforward problems, and escalate complex technical matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to telephone and email IT support inquiries
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity problems
- Log requests, resolutions, and support calls in ticketing systems
- Set up computers, accounts, passwords, and access requests
- Install and maintain desktops,

Requirements:

- One to three years of IT support experience preferred
- Understanding of hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
- Post-secondary IT education or equivalent work experience preferred
