Represent MESMERICA on-site with customer service expertise, iPad confidence, and strong communication during immersive planetarium shows. This part time role is Canadian-based.

As a Venue Representative, you will serve as WORLDS’ company ambassador to venue staff and audiences. The position supports MESMERICA, an immersive music and art cinematic projection show. You will facilitate events, manage merchandise, and help create smooth guest experiences through timely communication and practical problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and take down lobby signage, check-in, and merchandise
- Welcome audiences and answer guest questions
- Manage merchandise inventory and sales
- Facilitate events and support smooth guest experiences
- Communicate timely updates to Venue Operations

Requirements:

- Customer service experience and strong communication skills
- Comfort using iPad apps, including WhatsApp
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and communicative
- Natural problem-solving ability and sound judgment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
