Support Fix Network employees and franchisees in French and English through phone and email, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

As an IT Support Technician, you will provide ongoing technical assistance with support from the IT Services Manager and existing team. Your work includes maintaining workstations, LANs, WANs, peripherals, Internet connections, and software applications. You will also configure equipment, diagnose issues, and guide users toward timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide bilingual IT support through telephone and other channels
- Manage email account issues and current address creation
- Maintain and troubleshoot networks, workstations, peripherals, and connections




- Prepare and configure computers and related equipment
- Document solutions and train users on technical challenges

Requirements:

- French and English bilingualism, written and spoken
- University degree or diploma in IT support
- Minimum one year of related experience
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
