Key Responsibilities:

- Perform corporate and land title searches and registrations
- Maintain project status updates in the database
- Prepare agreements, consents, and surface legal documents
- Prepare Crown applications and identify interested parties




- Perform self-audits and general reception duties

Requirements:

- Zero to two years of industry-related experience
- Land Analyst certificate considered an asset
- MS Office proficiency and excellent organizational skills
- Integrity handling confidential documents and information
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills
