As an Hourly Restaurant Amusement Service Supervisor, you will help execute company programs and maintain quality service. You will organize work assignments, supervise employees, support games, coat check, and retail, and contribute to sales, payroll, and productivity budgets. Regular coaching and feedback help build the assigned team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide seamless guest service during Groups & Events

Requirements:

- One to three years supervisory experience in relevant industries
- Availability for flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Solid verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer service, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Provincially applicable alcohol certificate
