Support Rogers Place event conversions using facility operations knowledge and physical work readiness in Edmonton’s ICE District. Overnight availability is essential for this position.

As a Conversion Technician with OEG Sports & Entertainment, you will help transition Rogers Place for hockey games, live entertainment, and unique events. The role supports facility maintenance, event staging, and building transitions. You will follow customized operating procedures, maintain CMMS records, support maintenance staff, and help implement safe SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute event conversions and building transitions at Rogers Place
- Follow facility maintenance and event conversion operating procedures
- Complete Computerized Maintenance Management System records
- Support full time, part time,



and contract maintenance staff
- Assist with protected SOP implementation

Requirements:

- High school or technical school diploma, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years in a multi-use facility is an asset
- Problem-solving ability in high-pressure situations
- Ability to perform extended physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability for overnight shifts and emergency on-call coverage
