This Visual Merchandiser supports MEC strategy by aligning presentation standards with current merchandise and market trends. The role prepares promotional setups, seasonal changeovers, mannequins, tables, vignettes, walls, and floor fixtures. It also delivers member service and communicates visual standards to floor staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain visual elements with current merchandise and market trends
- Set up promotions and complete seasonal changeovers
- Dress mannequins and bust forms according to MEC standards
- Plan merchandising for walls and floor fixtures
- Adjust lighting and complete daily floor checks
Requirements:
- One to three years of visual display experience
- Exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills
- Commercial thinking with attention to corporate standards
- Creative, cutting-edge, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules and lift forty pounds
