This Bartender position supports Pursuit’s restaurants within iconic destinations. You will guide customers through cocktails, drinks, wine pairings, and food items while communicating effectively. The work also includes maintaining orderly spaces, following SOPs, and protecting cash floats during operating hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous, professional service and memorable guest experiences
- Guide customers through cocktails, drinks, wine, and food items
- Answer questions about surroundings and menu selections
- Keep service areas, stockrooms, and storage clean
- Manage daily cash floats and confirm SOP completion
Requirements:
- At least one year of bar experience
- Six months in a busy restaurant environment
- Basic knowledge of spirits and distilling processes
- ProServe qualification and guest service orientation
- Availability for morning and evening shifts
