Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Cash Audit Clerk is responsible for reconciling, verifying, and reporting daily cash and sales transactions across resort departments. This part-time, year-round role supports accurate financial records, cash management, accounts receivable, and general accounting operations while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

KeyResponsibilities

- Reconcile daily cash-outs and salestransactions across resort departments
- Prepare, distribute, collect, and balancedepartmental cash floats
- Assist with accounts receivable (AR), includingprocessing payments, tracking outstanding balances, and reconcilingaccounts
- Investigate and resolve cash discrepanciesin collaboration with department teams
- Assist with general accounting duties,filing, and administrative tasks
- Support multiple departments andpriorities as required
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, andorganizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office,particularly Excel, and Outlook
- Strong time management and problem-solvingskills




- Self-motivated with a skilled andconfidential approach
- General accounting experience is an asset

Conditions

Compensationand Benefits

- Competitive wage: $18.75-$21.00/hourdependent on experience
