The work centers on cleaning, transporting, and storing china, glassware, cooking equipment, utensils, and silverware. You will maintain dish room, kitchen aisle, and back-of-house cleanliness while monitoring dishwasher temperatures and chemicals. The position suits someone detail-oriented, efficient, reliable, and committed to organized kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain sanitation throughout dish rooms, kitchen aisles, and back-of-house areas
- Monitor dishwasher temperatures and chemicals using required procedures
- Set up, operate, break down,



and clean dish machines
- Wash, sort, store, and return sanitized kitchen items
- Clean trash cans, docks, dumpsters, floors, walls, and baseboards
