Drive back-of-house operations at SMCP’s Sandro and Maje location in Mississauga, using inventory control and merchandise processing skills. Support an exceptional sales-floor experience.

As an Operations Associate, you will manage merchandise processing, transfers, markdowns, and return-to-vendor activity. You will also support visual merchandising, stockroom efficiency, asset protection, POS operations, and customer service. Your organization, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving will help maintain operational excellence at Holt Renfrew Square One.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process incoming merchandise accurately and prepare products for the sales floor
- Coordinate store-to-store transfers and process return-to-vendor merchandise
- Assist with floor sets, replenishment, displays, and signage




- Organize stockroom space and improve restocking processes
- Support inventory control, POS operations, and customer assistance

Requirements:

- At least one year of prior sales support experience
- Experience with POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management
- Solid organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
