Lead Lush sales coaching and customer experience at Conestoga Mall as a temporary part time Floor Leader working 20 to 29 hours weekly.
This Floor Leader supports the Store Management Team across sales, operations, training, and daily shop floor leadership. You will use StoreForce results, lead product demonstrations, and coach Sales Ambassadors. The role also includes building Lush brand knowledge around ethical buying, handmade products, and naked packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach sales teams using StoreForce dashboard results
- Lead customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Educate customers on Lush brand values
- Train peers on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Maintain organized, visually appealing merchandising
Requirements:
- Minimum one year customer service and sales experience
- Cash handling and opening or closing experience
- Supervisory experience involving coaching and training
- Knowledge and passion for skincare and natural beauty
- Versatile evenings, weekends, and holiday availability
