As a Housekeeper, you will clean community interiors and resident apartments in a courteous, friendly manner. The position also includes serving beverages, meals, and desserts, clearing tables, and completing dining-area side work. Your responsibilities span cleaning, laundry, food service, and resident interaction across the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vacuum, dust, and clean shared community areas
- Clean resident apartments, linens, refrigerators, and filters
- Launder linens using provided laundry facilities
- Greet residents, take orders, and serve meals
- Explicit, sanitize, and reset dining tables

Requirements:

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Effective English communication with employees and residents
- Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling
- Ability to retain up to four orders
- Organization, time management, and basic computer skills
