This Process Engineer Project Focus role supports NPI and customized design projects. You will coordinate production teams, suppliers, Purchasing, Production, and other cross-functional partners. The work includes validation, drawings, bills of materials, assembly instructions, and performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop structure and assembly validation plans
- Identify defects and implement necessary improvements
- Prepare NPI documents before mass production
- Manage customized project timelines and milestones
- Maintain drawings, bills of materials, and design files

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Two to three years of relevant NPI experience
- Good troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawings
- Understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes
