This full-time, permanent Operations Specialist role supports the store team across service, cash operations, fulfillment, and logistics. You will process transactions, resolve customer issues, coordinate orders, and support policies, training, and audits. The role contributes to relationship-based selling, client information goals, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Model exceptional customer service and relationship-based selling standards
