Seeking a reliable general labourer to assist with daily site tasks, material handling, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Project location: Aylmer, Ontario. Duration 1 year+.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain a secure, organized job site.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment.
- Assist with site setup, scaffolding, ladders, and hoarding.
- Perform general construction duties and use hand/power tools.
- Maintain site cleanliness and safety.
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various job-site conditions.
- Valid Working at Heights & Elevated Work Platform certifications required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Must have previous construction experience.
