As a Fit4Less Host, you will complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleanliness duties while delivering consistent customer and membership services. You will assist members and guests with automated and virtual options, explain club processes, and provide access support. The position requires friendly communication, timely task completion, and reporting to the manager when concerns or escalations arise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete scheduled cleaning, inspection, and maintenance tasks
- Provide friendly interaction while working on the workout floor
- Assist with appropriate access throughout the club




- Explain automated and virtual membership options
- Work with the manager on progress and escalations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or current studies toward completion
- One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication to internal and external customer expectations
- Effective time management and calmness under pressure
