BrightPath Kids is hiring a Childcare Classroom Assistant in Burlington, Ontario, supporting children through instruction, activities, and organized classroom care.
As an Early Childhood Assistant, you will work side-by-side with RECE teachers and families. The role focuses on supporting classroom instruction, protecting children’s well-being, and encouraging participation in activities. You will also collaborate with coworkers and management, attend staff meetings, pursue professional development, and maintain classroom materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience planning and implementing programs
- High school education or equivalent
- Early Childhood Assistant certification preferred
- Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR
- Meet local immunization and health assessment requirements
