Operate and prepare auction equipment with Ritchie Bros. as a Part-time Yard Staff member supporting safe yard and sale-day activities.
This position processes consigned equipment for auction, from receiving and lineup through checkout and release. It requires customer service for internal and external customers, along with driving heavy and light equipment. Responsibilities also include facility inspections, equipment care, key management, and auction-day setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate heavy and light equipment
- Check in and check out consigned equipment
- Lot equipment numbers and organize auction displays
- Boost equipment and check fluids and fuel levels
- Manage equipment keys and support auction-day setup
Requirements:
- Valid and clean driver license required
- Valuable customer service with internal customers
- Good customer service with external customers
- Ability to complete facility inspections using checklists
- Ability to perform basic maintenance on RBA equipment
