Store operations and merchandise recovery are central to this seasonal Michaels service team member position in TOR-BRAMPTON/NORTH, ON. Support in-stock standards daily.

The position combines truck unloading, stocking, planograms, SISO, and general recovery with customer-facing service. You will assist Omni channel processes, educate customers about VOC surveys, and support shrink and safety programs. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in truck unloading and merchandise stocking
- Complete planogram, SISO, and AD set duties
- Maintain merchandise recovery and return processes
- Assist Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Support shrink, safety, and Company programs

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies
- Move throughout the store during assigned duties
- Lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves
- Work nights, weekends, and early mornings
