Operate loaders, dozers, excavators, and graders with The Nuna Group of Companies on large earthworks, mining, or industrial projects. Work full time on fly-in, fly-out rotations.

This experienced Heavy Equipment Multi Operator position supports remote construction and mining activities across northern Canada. You will complete inspections, hazard assessments, production reporting, and equipment documentation. The work requires safety awareness, radio communication, and effective coordination with team members. Nuna is Canada’s largest Inuit-owned heavy civil construction, earthworks, and mine construction contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-trip and walk-around equipment safety inspections
- Complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance requirements




- Complete production reporting and required documentation
- Follow site, company, and client safety procedures

Requirements:

- Experience operating loaders, dozers, excavators, and graders
- Large earthworks, mining, road building, or industrial experience
- Experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life
- Radio communication and protocol experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
